Slightly oily mouthfeel with flavors of stone fruit and prominent minerality leading to a crisp finish of medium length. Medium bodied, dry, very crisp acidity, and 13.9% alcohol. Blend of 91% Viognier and 9% Roussanne that is barrel fermented then aged on the lees in 18% new oak. Nice pairing with homemade Harissa Chicken.
