Medium golden yellow in color with pale, watery rim. Aromatic with notes of honeysuckle, peach, vanilla, and lees. Slightly oily mouthfeel with flavors of stone fruit and prominent minerality leading to a crisp finish of medium length. Medium bodied, dry, very crisp acidity, and 13.9% alcohol. Blend of 91% Viognier and 9% Roussanne that is barrel fermented then aged on the lees in 18% new oak. Nice pairing with homemade Harissa Chicken.

Complex tree fruit and wet stones on the nose. A mouthful with just enough acid and a touch of oak. Yummy
