Mid Gold - a little cloudy. Very floral. Entered in the Expiremental Section of the Toowoomba Wine Show and Mediterranean Challenge. A blend of Viognier Marsanne and Roussanne fermented on skins for 23 days in an Amphorae. On palate Quince Stonefruit with a twist of Grapefruit bitterness on the finish. A full bodied unctuous different and delicious white.
