Once again, great mouthfeel, but not as complex, or as much length, as the best from Bouzy.

Disgorged 11/16: this is something else, pure lemon zest, extremely young, would like to see it in another yr, low dosage, believe it's 4 or 5, think it needs a decant for an hour, as underneath all that it drinks like 1er Cru reductive burgundy. Outstanding.

Yummy bright and great with oysters... Raw oysters... Atlantic or pacific, it doesn't matter.

Vinous and weighty as ever. Love how up front this wine is on the palate.

Rich and vinous champagne with plenty of structure and weight to boot. 2/2016 disgorgement.

Quite ripe and leesy. But the restrained dosage (5 g/L) keeps it from coming across too heady and opulent. I dig.
