This is finally coming together. Apple pie nose, yeast, mouth nice long finish and gentle acidity.

This had the complexity of a top-rate white burg. The closest I think would be a Meursault as this has a richness from the Meunière that Puligny does not. At the same time this had ripping minerality. This 2014 disgorgement showed what champagne has the potential to be.
