La Manufacture Saint Bris Sauvignon

Ripe fruit, meadow clover, and chalk dust on the nose. The nose is a lot friendlier than the demanding palate. Minerals minerals minerals. Pretty good acids. A slightly bitter note in the finish.

Interesting. Not exactly my kind of white, but has a nice balance. Off-dry, but lots of acid to offset. Lemon peel, grass, and a tart apple finish.
