New find. Very good. Hot day, and it’s a really nice/clean Albariño. Working well with a mix of foods.

Started out very fat and lush, rich lemon and apple. After an hour the salinity and lime come through. Acid was like a retirement account, slowly building over time.

2010 vintage was fabulous. This wine needs air. Master sommelier Ian Cauble nails it by recommending decanting one hour...first 30 minutes in fridge than take out for another 30 minutes. Luscious complexity.

Surprisingly rich, decadent and racy. In a blind tasting, we thought it was aged Chenin!
