Wow. Really good zin. Raspberry, surprisingly strong tannin (maybe from barrel?), violets, a little stemmy in a good way.

Feb 15th, 2020Black cherries, slight touch of jam, bacon fat & pepper. Nice nose that is slightly new world. Some rose petals are starting to emerge. Full bodied, spicey, with some touches of acitone, & black cherries & some bacon fat on the finish.
