Dajoar Mosel Reisling

Lovely Riesling from the savvy hands of Andreas Bender. The color is a perfect golden yellow which intuitively prepares the nose to the notes of sweet yellow apples and hints of honeycombs. Some more complex notes may open up in the future, but I wouldn't wait too much to open it. The wine is perfectly balanced with hints of sweetness playing with the acidity, ending up in a perfect combination with a honeyed finish. To drink again and again, especially with some amazing raw fish and, why not, some shellfish.

Medium lemon colour. Nice intensity nose showing aromas of ripe green apple, peaches, lemon peel, honeysuckle and hints of honey.
Sweet in the mouth with a high zesty and refreshing acidity well-balanced by loads of fruit concentration and the residual sugar. Lingering citrusy finish. Quite nice and beginning to develop tertiary aromas, but it could be more complex, maybe in a few years more.
