Full bodied, dark fruits on nose with a touch of minerality, blackberry and coffee on palate with a tiny bit of raw green pepper. Not on top tier but very enjoyable!

Dec 4th, 2016Very vegetal upon opening but mellowed in the glass. Peppery in the mouth, also red fruits and pepper nose. The finish is a little thin. But has good flavor and easy to drink. Had with chicken fajita rice bowls. Maybe not the best pair but it seems to accommodate it fine.
