Almost orange in color... On the nose, aromas of green plum and pickled green strawberries... On the palate, again it's the pickled green strawberries with the body I associate with biting into dense, compressed strawberry... Some zestiness of grapefruit... Some acidity, though that's not the feature here... An interesting one... Fresh but mushy at the same time.
