Dark inky in color with a purple rim.
Closed on the nose with cherries, blackberries, currants, oak, cloves, green pepper and white pepper.
Full bodied and smooth with medium acidity and light legs.
Dry on the palate with blackberries, cherries, red currants, cloves, oak and black pepper.
Medium plus on the finish with very little tannins and black pepper.
This Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from The upper Galilee, in Israel, is flat and simple but extremely smooth. Unbalanced, but drinkable now. Needs 2 years to open up and become more aromatic.
Aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
14.5% alcohol by volume.
