Dry on the palate with sweet cherries, blueberries, strawberries, tobacco leaf, herbs, peppercorn, licorice, chocolates and coffee.
Tangy finish with soft tannins and cranberries.
This is a very tasty Pinot Noir from Napa Valley. Elegant and fruit forward. Soft and smooth. Tangy and spicy.
This Single Vineyard Pinot Noir is good right out of the bottle, and good by itself as a sipping wine.
I gave it a light chill and paired it with grilled Picanha.
100% Pinot Noir grapes were aged in (44% new) French Oak barrels for 10 months. A small production of less than 3,000 bottles.
