Pineapple and melon aromas with a hint of the smell of fresh baked bread. Oak is upfront on the pallet (a bit heavy) with apple and pears in the background. Straw gold color and a little spicy. Fresh and bold. Refreshing change from oaky Chardonnay.

Wine 1 at a tasting. Light yellow, but dark in tasting room. Asparagus notes. Buttery on the palate. Paired with porchetta and matched the slight pepper nicely.
