An elegant, faintly perfumed pinot.
Soft and rounded on the palate, delivering concentrated flavours of strawberry and raspberry, leading to a wonderfully supple gamey complex finish.

The wine started out tasting a little hollow, but after breathing for a couple of hours, really blossomed into a beautify wine. Very enjoyable.
