Sparkling Mariani Vineyard Gamay Noir

I love these ancestrale method wines. So unique and a little unpredictable I guess? Lots of cranberry and red current on the nose... On the palate, that cranberry develops into maybe a richer raspberry, but this doesn't ever really get sweet. I like the dryness here... And the acidity makes the appies on the patio pop. This is always a fun brand and I look forward to each new vintage!
