Surprisingly pleasant light hay, grass, and very mild citrus bouquet with nice fresh hay and mild acidic white & yellow fruits on the palate. Balanced crisp acidity makes this an enjoyable and super easy sipper. Not a bad pairing with my late night chinese food!
