Cabernet-Syrah

This is a great blend from Somewhere in France. Very rich, on nose and on the palate. Short finish, but it's mild and fruity with some milk chocolate hints (that's something new for me or maybe I'm wrong). And surprisingly, it's a very good match with beef carpaccio.
