Sep 2nd, 2017Open an hour and so delicious. I consistently prefer the 2013s from California to the 2012s. This one is rich and full but not too heavy. Has a good refinement. Velvet glove with a nice kick at the end of white pepper. Melted licorice, dark sour cherry and nice balanced acid.
