Steak straight out of the barbecue, black pepper, vanilla and black current. It's very muscular and some would call it masculine although I don't really like the term. The palate is wide, long and thick, with a certain roundness in mid palate which makes it playful. A bright red fruit shines all along, a thick matter can be found on the sides, along with a very soft mouthfeel. Some spicy tannins kicks things up a notch in a spherical mid palate before a very long fruity finish that lasts for ever. Very modern style, definitely lacking finesse but enjoyable as it is, a power house to pair with red, rare meat straight out the blazing flames.
