Purple red in color. Briar, black currant, canned green vegetable and spearmint notes in nose. Red fruit, tar, barrel smoke and spice notes in mouth. Somewhat thin body but rich, complex flavor profile. Good acid and fruit in finish.

Couldn’t get over how pretty and light on its feet this Zin was. Looks like Nebbiolo in the glass. Sour cherry, dried herbs and flowers, mesquite smoke, sourdough yeast on the finish. Worthy accompaniment to some top tier bbq brisket by @Steven Perlman

Big, fruit forward, some bramble quality. Bit riper than previous vintages. Still quite delicious. Virtual dinner

Definitely in the style I associate with Kirschenmann. Pretty accessible for a young Bedrock.

Okay… way too young but one of the most endearing aspects of Zinfandel is how easy it is to drink early. Huge nose of juicy black fruit, leafy earth, and spicy tomato. The wine is bold, insistent, round and rich. I love California zin when ripe without jammy alcohol. This wine reminds me at a deep level of an average American—loud and in your face. And the long finish is just as demanding of attention. We’ll done, Morgan and team.

Atypical Bedrock. Ripe with cherry liquor. Stylistically not for me.
