Pours daffodil in color. ON THE NOSE: nectarine, petrol, and lemon zest. ON THE PALATE: lemon pith and chalk. Light bodied and light finish. Not rating due to the fact that there are no faults but this is not our style of Riesling

Ian Cauble's recommendation to decant for 30 minutes and serve between 45-50 degrees. We thoroughly enjoyed this dry medium bodied Riesling.

Terpene notes gets my salivary glands going. Sweet and as the back label suggests would go well with foie gras. Not as much acidity as anticipated and a little cloying as a result.

Really good, long acidic finish. Needs to breathe a bit once opened
