It is dry...as a Brut should be. No complaints. Happy surprise as it was a present. We paired with some very garlicky, and slightly spicy prawns... the Spanish way... and some toasts with wild boar pate. Perfect match for a perfect Friday evening: tapas, bubbles, movie!
