The 2015 Tâm emerges from the estate's best vineyards, those located on the southern reaches of the estate. Bright floral notes play off the ripe fruit beautifully in this sumptuous Bolgheri red. Lavender, sage, plum, and blueberry jam add aromatic nuance throughout. The 2015 was aged in equal parts cask and barrel. The larger-format casks seems to add a good bit of freshness.
