I won't say the wine was cheap. I will say the price point was low. But but but this is one of those 20$ bottles your brain says " wait is the 200$ bottle 10x better? Ish don't think so ! So see it, buy it, enjoy it! Call me later. 1-800-don't overspend!

Wow! This is the best $15 wine I’ve ever had, and damn good regardless of price. The bouquet is part blacktop driveway, part raspberries and the mouthful is rich but never harsh. The chocolate comes early and there’s an outstanding, peppery finish reminiscent of California Syrahs.

Delightful. Pronounced dark fruits, backed by leather and herbal notes. Lighter than expected in body and color. Full tannin, but smooth enough. Faint vanilla notes. Hell of a deal at $15 in Washington DC.
