Dry as a bone and a little too minerally. I'm willing to admit that this is likely over the hill. It did have the characteristic dark yellow color of ribolla gialla.

Very nice! Ripe grapes and some citrus on the nose, a green apple mouth finishes with some pleasant spice that lingers for a wonderful collection of moments... Good job Slovenia
