Plavac Mali
Molasses and figs on the nose. Soft for a Plavac, but good tannins and body. Very acceptable, but the grk and the rose are this winery’s stars.

Oct 16th, 2019Atypical plavac mali, I would never guess the grape varietal in blind tasting. Very soft and elegant, polished tannins, more sweet than acidic, great but short aftertaste. It lacks that rustical punch with rough tannins like most plavac mali are, I have a feeling that it’s made for the taste of the American audience. Not bad and not cheap, but certainly atypical.
