Wow! Totally different color and smell than I'm used to with Rieslings of this region. That said I'm super into it! Its marked as trocken despite being picked at spatlese levels. Really really interesting and a straw like color that I'm also not used to on this style. Assuming that's age? One of my faves!

Still racy keeping the fruit fresh and vibrant. Went great with Turkey and trimmings. Recorked 2 years past.
