This is a nice sweet sparkling wine from Italy.
Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity and light effervescence.
Sweet on the palate with lemons, citrus, red apples and tropical fruits.
Long sweet finish. Good by itself as a dessert.
Kosher.
5% alcohol by volume.

Light straw color, liquid velvet mouthfeel - such tiny voluptuous bubbles! Honeysuckle, white nectarine nose. Supple citrusy peach. Very off-dry, nicely counterbalanced our spicy buffalo tempeh bowl.
