Cabernet Sauvignon. Nose: cherry. Baking spices. Oak. Fig. Med dry. High tannins. Cherry. Barrel aged. Blackberry. Pepper. Earthy. Short soft finish. Not as sweet as the other barrel aged reds I’ve had. Also not as boozy.
