This was the Bull by the Horn Cabernet from Paso Robles. This one was not as well balanced as the Hypothesis cab. Smells less sweet but tasted too sweet still. This one is more potent. $30

Holy crap. Bold, complex, really good 2008. In a magnum, maybe that helped this wine age so well over the years. Knockout wine.

Had the 2009 on St Pat day at Le Villa. Very well balanced, can hold up to spice (peppercorns) and cut through cream (mushroom ravioli).
