Beautiful chard. A lot of toasted hazlenut and burnt butter amongst apricot kernel and white peachy floral notes. Obvious oak and subtle sulphide adding to the funk and complexity. This chard has insane length, it's got a long-lived yet balanced grapefruit flesh acid line to it leaving it best not to be shared
