This is a tasty Cabernet Sauvignon from California. Still young and will be better in a few years.

Easy drinking and good right out of the bottle. Tannins come in after 45 minutes in the glass, and bring more structure to the wine.

Spicy and fruit forward with mild complexity. Nicely balanced and soft.

Good by itself or with food.

Aged in (30% new) French Oak barrels for 18 months.
