Intense nose, blackcurrants, blackberry, dark cherries, alcoholic nose. Rich berry taste, ribena like. £29 in restaurant. Very nice. Pepper.

Meaty aromas, quite heavy. Firm tannins with oak showing through. Bright fruit but the bodyweight was heavy and chalky - alcohol showed through something fierce! But still worth a drink.

Ignore the bland name of this wine, it is a superb example of a Barossa Shiraz.
