Mouton Cadet White Bordeaux Blend

Excellent! It took very little time to breathe which was unexpected for a 2011. We will be buying more of this if we can find it.

A definite bite, but paired nicely with cheese. Bought at either Trader Joe's or Aldi's.

Refreshing, fruity and smooth. Delicious wine!

Very fragrant nose of melon and grass. Good balance, but leaning towards sweet. Doesn't need food at all, but I could see it complimenting fish well.

Dry white, bitter, little sour.

Another good Bordeaux. Mild kind of fruity but full bodies

Really nice, dry, refreshing white. Reminds me of a dry Riesling.

A blend of peaches and soft melon favors; crisp and clean.
