Mouton Cadet , Rothschild for the mass, this white Bordeaux is basic and would not have received half of the attention it does if it could not name drop the renowned Rothschild name. Light gold color, grapefruit, vanilla, kiwi and lime, medium body, crisp fresh acidity, short finish. Ok by the pool or for picnic ;-) my score 82, drink now

Apr 16th, 2017When it comes to wine, I am easily pleased, but I found the 2016 Ryder Cup Bordeaux very disappointing. It is heavy, bitter, and desert dry. I paired it initially with pasta, then again with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with no more enjoyment.
