Definitely a "red" rosé. The earthy/farminess of Sangiovese comes through on the nose. Opens up quite a bit as it warms. Citric acid tartness on the front, like a sour cherry. Peachy mid-tones, mild finish. Pairs nicely with spicy Thai shrimp.
