My 700th review. Oh, My poor liver...

What a gorgeous color on this Israeli Petit Verdot. Dark ruby in color with a ruby rim.

Fresh fruits on the nose with plums, blackberries, oak, blueberries, wild flowers and black pepper.

Dry and fruity on the palate with blackberries, plums, cherries, licorice, black pepper, cloves, earth and dirt.

Full-bodied with medium acidity and nice legs.

Long finish with round tannins and peppercorn.

A Great tasting red wine. Nicely balanced with a gorgeous color and a great nose. Good enough to be sipped on by itself or paired with a piece of steak.

Aged for 18 months in oak barrels.

14% alcohol by volume.
