This wine is a guilty pleasure but it goes well with guilty pleasure foods - in this case supermarket ribs. Burnt oak/burning rubber on the nose depending on how generous you are feeling, with a lift of sweet raspberry. Sweet smoky fruit on the palate, a bit thin but quite distinctive. Good with smoky/sweet foods fortunately.
