Wonderfully balanced, with ripe red cherry, blackberry, and bell peppers but with a wonderful floral note and low AbV of 13.5 pct. one of the best Virginia wines I have tasted. Kudos to winemaker Luca Paschina.

Retnice and. Dry reminds of a chinon but a bit bigger but certainly not too ripe. Well done.

Call me crazy, but tasted blind, no one would guess this was a Virginia Cab Franc unless you've had a lot of it. Sense of place is *real* in this bottle. On the nose, dried rosemary and lavender, forest floor, blue fruits. In the mouth, dusky herbs and blueberries. Decent acid. Slightly thin mid palate with a medium finish. Good wine with real terroir.

Strong salty olive, coffee, pine, red berry, pepper. M intensity. M+ body. M acidity. Tannins like super fine sand.
