Joyous to sip on. Dizzyingly lush as peonies in high spring, but honey rich & busy as autumn sun draped across the evening lawn. Fucking glorious, & waiting for a hunk of smelly-rotted blue cheese smothered in honey. My word.

Can’t figure out smell. Light yellow color. Tastes like pear and peaches syrup- very sweet and thick.

Pleasantly surprised. Didn't think a barbera from this region had much to offer. Simple (but well made) wine That goes great with simple pizza.

Nice dessert wine with a good side of acidity to balance the residual sugar. Lots of stone fruit and some citrus on the palate.
