Such a beautiful rosato! Incredible ruby glow, lovey alpine wild mountain thyme herbal essence on the palate and nose, with a slight barnyard pile-of-manure earthiness. So complex and rich, dry and structured. That nebbiolo! Imo a very serious, full spectrum, age-worthy wine.
