Perfect example of a "natural " wine that could have hugely benefited from a touch of SO2. What could have been a super tasty wine was unnecessary damaged by acetobacter.

Darling natural wine set, soft, carbonic feel, carbon too. Lots of funk

Nice and tight great balance of fruit on bretty nose

Effervescent deliciousness. Fun bright and tangy wine with an ever so slightly peppery with a crisp finish. Purchased at La Verre Vole.

Light like a Gamay, but funky and earthy like a barnyard cat
