This is a nice Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles. Nicely balanced with mild complexity. Easy drinking with a nice mouthfeel.
Showing black fruits with chocolates, earth, spices, peppercorn, leather, pencil lead and tobacco leaf.
Medium plus in body medium plus acidity and long legs.
Not as good as their Napa Valley option, but half the price 😊
Good right out of the bottle and good for parties.
A blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Malbec, 5% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot.
13.9% alcohol by volume.

Plush, ripe sweet fruit quality — black cherry, raspberry, boysenberry, plum. Mocha with lots of chocolate, baking spice, a little black pepper, a little moist tobacco. Ripe sweet tannins, high alch, full body. Very good w burgers, solid with chili.
