I want to love this beer based on its name Killarabbit, label, and the description of how it is made. In the end, it does not have any of the hoppy bitterness to be described as a double ipa, but instead is malty, yeasty, and has a complex sweetness (but no sourness) as a result of the Pinot noir barrel aging and bottle conditioning.
