I am not a Pinot fan. Generally leaves you hanging and the finish is not satisfying. Boy, does THIS Pinot bring it home. Rich fruit up front, almost like a Shiraz. Spicy in the middle and a nice, balanced finish.

Happy this guy survived the trip from NZ I took in 2012. A little funky opening up but pomegranate and spice begin to appear. Short finish which reminded me the classic sign of an NZ pinot.
