Definitely on the sweeter side, but with smooth, round tones. For a cheap sparkling wine, Ballatore beats Cooks and Andre by a long shot!!! Great for weddings and celebrations, this is a definite crowd pleaser! :)

Great if your not a wine snob. Very nice for drinkers who don't normally drink champagne. However this champagne is very sweet, it works well In mimosas (add cranberry cocktail, just enough to change the color)

Sweet but not overpowering. You'll taste hints of peach and apricot, but we went the cliche route and just paired it with OJ.
