The marathon of liquor continues! This is a lighter whisky with a hint of oak barrel on the nose. Pours almost a lighter amber. Honeysuckle notes up front. Sweet influence. This starts off with a bit of a bite. A little unidimensional. Good oaky character to it. Finishes with a really nice pleasant pine resin note. Really intriguing. The finish alone made up the difference between the 9.0 I was GOING to rate this, and the 9.2 I ultimately rated this.
