A lighter cab franc bit still great. Wine from Creston a lovely vineyard and location.

Really a decent Cab Franc here. Raw. Unrefined. But... While there's some green here, with a piece of meat, this one works. Everyone aims for the same wine profiles, but it's the roughness here that's actually the draw. Not exactly an old world style actually, but ready for a tussle.
