This review is for Bailiwick "Sonoma Mountain" Pinot Noir. I don't see an option on Delectable for this that differs from Sonoma Coast Pinot, but I do see many options for other parts of Sonoma and Mendocino Pinots from Bailiwick.
.
MidRange red for a Pinot: quite light at edges of the bowl and quite dark in the center.
Tiny bit of cabbage on the nose, with predominant odors of vanillin, rain-wet grasses, and bicycle tires on that same rainy day.
Corn silk, spearmint gum, aerosol air freshener of indiscriminate provenance in the mouth.
More finish than most pinots at this price point! That's the best of several pretty good qualities thus "table pinot" offers.
Perfect for friends who are afraid of more complex wines and for those nights when you are dining on light fare with zero strong flavors.
PQR: higher than absolute quality for sure.
Buy for light sipping nights alone and for friends who are open to wine but not yet serious about it.

Very tasty, good fruit/sugar balance, mild briary bite on finish that I liked, on the rich side, paired well with C's chicken and asparagus and cherry tomatoes dish with potatoes , Bottle Barn Insider deal, around $19, great value!

Beautifully made. Great balance. Not a big overblown CA Pinot. Loved this wine.
