Deep black cherry with fuchsia highlights. Looks young, smells potent and delicious - such a seductive wine. Lots of well ripened red and black fruit, velvety plum and balanced oak finished. Big and bold, yet smooth. Lots of character, and looking for love; we enjoyed it with homemade butternut squash, toasted almond pizza. Marina and goat cheese converse with the tannins. The acidity lingering in the finish creates sapidity and the desire to have a second bottle on hand :)
